1981 Topps Baseball Scratch-Off 2 BOX COMBO LOT (BBCE+FASC)

$195.00

This unique 2 Box Combo Lot features an unopened product that is rarely (if ever) found in FASC form! The 1981 Topps Baseball Scratch-Off Series was a 108-card baseball set distributed on perforated three-card panels and features a small full-color portrait of a MLB player with his name printed below his image on the left side of the card. On the right side are four rows of six (24) black dots designed to be scratched off in order to play a game.

American League player cards are numbered from 1 to 54 with red backgrounds, while National League player cards are numbered from 55 to 108 with green backgrounds. These boxes consist of 36 wax packs with each pack consisting of 18-cards: nine NL and nine AL MLB players.

There are 144 possible player card combinations. The card backs are printed in red and black and show the player’s name, position, and team behind his photo. Game details, a scorecard, and advertisements fill out the remaining portion of each card.

Look for MLB Hall of Fame legendary players such as Rickey Henderson, George Brett, Reggie Jackson, Tony Perez, Eddie Murray, Robin Yount, Jim Rice, Rod Carew, Paul Molitor, Alan Trammell, Jim Palmer, Mike Schmidt, Johnny Bench, Ted Simmons, Ozzie Smith, Gary Carter, Tom Seaver, Steve Carlton, and Andre Dawson!

These boxes are from a sealed case (FASC) that was recently authenticated by BBCE and labeled as such. From the 20 box case, we would rate half of the boxes as being in “Excellent” to “Near Mint” condition and the other half of the boxes as being in “Fair” condition. This special combo lot sale includes one box from each half of the case. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to pick up TWO 40+ year old FASC wax boxes for under $200!!!
