The 1989 Fleer Baseball Series consists of arguably the most infamous error card of all time, the Bill Ripken “F%*@ Face” error card, which is one of the industry’s most recognizable trading cards.

BBCE authenticated and wrapped this box after directly removing it from an original factory sealed 1989 Fleer Baseball Wax Box Case which was stamped with the factory production code 83482.

This very early case code production run would include the Bill Ripken “FF” card as well as the probability of a “Marlboro Advertisement Scoreboard Variation” Randy Johnson rookie card.

Other key rookies include Ken Griffey Jr, Craig Biggio, Gary Sheffield, & John Smoltz.
